Meet IHM at PMRExpo 2011

IHM will this year introduce the IHM Status Panel to the European and in particular to the German market. The IHM Status Panel makes it easy to send status messages from any brand of TETRA terminal. Also the Status Panel clearly indicates the latest status message sent. As a bonus the IHM Status Panel can be attached to a standard Garmin Navigator for automatic programming of destination address. Using the standard Garmin Navigator even a feature for receiving and transmitting text messages can be included.

PMRExpo continues its success story: Already in July more stand space has been booked compared to the previous years, and IHM is one of them.
PMRExpo is the annual branch meeting place for professional mobile radio (PMR and Trunked Radio) as well as command & control centres. The event addresses annually more than 2.000 executives and specialized visitors and participants from the target groups: BOS (authorities and organizations with security tasks – police, fire departments, rescue services, THW), local public transport (ÖPNV), utility companies (electricity, natural gas, water, telephone assets), industry, logistics and specialized trade as well as from municipalities. Literally all well-known companies in this field present their latest products and solutions. End users talk about experiences and developments.

We have for many years used the abbreviation IHM in connection with marketing of our products and solutions. Now we have also changed our official company name at the Danish Chamber of Commerce to IHM P/S. In future we look forward to introducing our company with a much more modern expression. The name change will have no legal or practical impact, however it will be at lot easier to introduce our company name to new customers. At the exhibition Security Expo in Copenhagen IHM introduced a new solution for alarm handling, which gives a direct alert to the guard. The name is IHM-Direct.
IHM-Direct is a software package, which can receive for example a theft alarm (AIA) and thereby alerts the watch via a mobil telephone or a digital communications radio.
